Our Intellectual Property Transactions Practice assists our clients in connection with negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial agreements and documents with a particular emphasis on intellectual property, information technology and data privacy matters.  Representative agreements include, but are not limited to, asset and stock purchase agreements, technology transfer agreements, software, trademark, patent and know-how licenses, marketing, sales and distribution agreements, joint development agreements, manufacturing agreements, data privacy documentation, intellectual property assignments and security interest agreements.  Our transactional work includes representing clients in connection with whole business acquisitions and sales, business line acquisitions and divestitures and stand-alone commercial agreements.  We also provide commercial agreement management systems to assist our clients in managing their commercial relationships.
